Participated in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Worked with Workday's proprietary programming language called XpressO. Understood functional requirements and participate in requirement reviews, providing feedback to product management. Worked with senior engineers to design and implement new features within our technology stack Kept on top of development tasks for assigned issues. Flexible role with a wide variety of duties ranging from dealing with customers to maintaining shop standards. A regular task was working at the customer service desk for customer requests or refunds. Reconciling cash at the daily close of business was one of my main responsibilites. Along with dealing with customers and stacking shelves, acquiring product knowledge was essential in order to aid customer queries and help with stock deliveries.
I lead a team on a variety of development projects for clients such as Dublin County Council and MSD to delivering mapping of underground utilities. I collaborated with other team members and business representatives to ensure that project deadlines were met and work standards were adhered to. I was first point of call for new and current clients when it comes to assessing project requirements and deciding on project time frames.
I am developing a chatbot that will converse with a user through Facebook Messenger. The chatbots main functionality is based around cinema tasks.
